Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 12–24 hours after confirmation

- Custom printed items may take slightly longer depending on design

- Orders placed on Sunday or holidays are processed next working day

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

- Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days

- Other Cities: 3–6 Business Days

- Remote Areas: 4–8 Business Days

Delivery time may vary due to courier availability, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

- Delivery location

- Order value

- Available courier service

Free shipping may be available on selected orders, offers, or minimum order value.

Applicable shipping charges will always be shown before placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD available on selected locations

- Additional charges may apply (if applicable)

- Final amount shown at checkout

Tracking Information

- Tracking details shared after dispatch

- Tracking becomes active within 12–24 hours

- You can track your order anytime

Delivery Delays

Orders may be delayed due to:

- Incorrect address

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

- Customer unavailable

- Incorrect address

- Phone not reachable

Courier may reattempt delivery. After multiple failed attempts, order may be returned.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping may be available in future.
